VOLUNTEERING

Join us as a volunteer at New Gen youth festival this year and help us in creating unforgettable moments and fostering community spirit! We are looking for volunteers to help out leading up to the festival or on the day (24th July).

As a volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in bringing the festival to life. Whether you’re assisting with setup and event management, marketing and social media, managing performers and activities,  guiding guests as a festival steward, or helping with cleanup, your contribution will be invaluable in ensuring everything runs smoothly.

But it’s not just about the tasks at hand – volunteering at the festival is an opportunity to connect with others, make new friends, and be a part of a vibrant and dynamic team. You’ll be surrounded by positive energy,  good music, as well as being able to forge new connections and make memories.

Plus, volunteering is a fantastic way to give back to your community and make a difference. By lending a helping hand, you’re helping to create moments of happiness and inspiration for everyone who attends the festival.

So why wait? Join us in this year’s youth festival. Sign up to volunteer today and be a part of something truly extraordinary!”

SPONSORSHIP

New Gen is a youth-led project with strong community engagement, a diverse audience approximately 80% global majority, and inclusive ethos. We are expecting around 2,500 attendance at the Festival in 2024. If you’re interested in helping New Gen realise its ambitions of providing a platform for the next generation of talent and making Ealing a place where young people come to do creative things, you can email us here.

Schools

Schools can take part in a number of ways:

  • The New Gen Creative Careers Programme offers three secondary schools in the borough of Ealing the chance to book a series of six workshops on either music or film/TV production, run by Bollo Studios and MAMA Youth. The workshops can take place in either the summer or autumn terms.
  • We can send one of our youth producers to your school to talk to students at an assembly about getting involved in New Gen (as artists, producers, or audiences) and creative pathways for young people in West London.
  • You can help promote New Gen to students and families through your newsletters or with print publicity (posters/flyers).
  • Sign up to our newsletter to hear about other New Gen opportunities as they come up, such as open mics and music industry workshops.

If you’d like to get in touch about any of these opportunities, send us an email. We want every young person in Ealing to know about New Gen Festival, so we really value your support.
