Last entry is at 8pm—you will not be able to enter the site after 8pm. At 9.15pm the music finishes and we start asking visitors to make their way home so the site can be clear for 9.30pm.

Can I leave the site and come back again?

Last re-entry is at 6.30pm. This means that if you leave the site, you can return (if you display your wristband and subject to security searches) up until 6.30pm, but after that point you will not be permitted to re-enter.

Is it safe?

New Gen is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space. We take care to programme artists who promote a peaceful and positive atmosphere. In addition to an SIA security team, we also have a team of youth workers on site who play an invaluable role in responding to and de-escalating situations before security are required.

Provision for additional needs

The Ealing Summer Festivals site is level, but please be aware that it is also outdoors, on the grass, in the park.
There will be accessible outdoor toilets on site.
The Mind Zone is intended as a quiet relaxed space suitable for people with neurodivergencies to get away from areas with higher energy levels. If necessary, we will also place some beanbags under a tree to provide an even quieter space.
