Youth Tickets are £3. These are for anyone aged 10-25 and for responsible adults accompanying under 16s.
Forever Young Tickets are £5. These are for anyone over the age of 25 who is not accompanying an under 16.
Under 10s and carers for people with additional needs go free. Tickets can be booked via our
Sessami ticketing site and are also available at the gate on the day (card only).

Tickets are also available on the day and can either be purchased online via Sessami or at Box Office with a payment card. No cash payments accepted .
New Gen Festival is open from 12pm to 9.30pm on Wednesday 24 July 2024.
Last entry is at 8pm—you will not be able to enter the site after 8pm. At 9.15pm the music finishes and we start asking visitors to make their way home so the site can be clear for 9.30pm.
The Ealing Summer Festivals site is level, but please be aware that it is also outdoors, on the grass, in the park.
Include Me have provided a
personal hygiene tent.
The Mind Zone is intended as a quiet relaxed space suitable for people with neurodivergencies to get away from areas with higher energy levels. If necessary, we will also place some beanbags under a tree to provide an even quieter space.
The Mind Zone has plenty of organisations who support people with additional needs and mental health challenges.
No returns after 5pm. This means that after 5pm, once you're on the festival site, if you leave the site you won't be permitted to re-enter.
Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult, who must remain onsite with them at all times. The maximum ratio of under-16s to a responsible adult is 3:1.
Alcohol is not for sale on the Festival site and is not permitted to be taken onto the site either.
Bag searches are conducted on entry, with no alcohol or objects that could be used as weapons permitted on site.
New Gen is not able to offer refunds for tickets already purchased.
