About the Facilitators

Terry Mardi

Mindful futurist Terry Mardi has a proven track record of shaping global music and media landscapes through a lifelong passion for fusing the foundational and globally influential sounds of Black music with the equally rich and diverse traditions of South Asian, Middle Eastern, and Latin music cultures since 1999, notably igniting the early media spark for India’s Hip-Hop scene and spearheading influential UK Garage university tours. His strategic vision facilitated the introduction of global artists like Lady Gaga and 50 Cent to India and contributed to AR Rahman’s Grammy Award for “Jai Ho.” As a music publisher, Terry actively creates opportunities for musicians to place their work in films, commercials, games, and new media, leveraging his extensive network. Recognizing the AI revolution, he empowers young creatives in West London through initiatives like DIAXPORA®, equipping them with the future-proof skills needed to thrive.

Ren

Ren Renatus is a Multi Genre Music Producer, Engineer and Entrepreneur from London, UK.

Ren’s influence and knowledge in marketing extends far and wide, as he played a crucial role in the inception of iconic platforms like SBTV, Link Up TV, PluggedIn and other platforms that have become synonymous with the UK music scene.

A true visionary, he not only helped launch these platforms but also paved the way for emerging artists to showcase their talents to the world.

From working alongside rap heavyweight Giggs to crafting hits with Fem Fel, Snap Capone, and Steel Banglez amongst others, his innovative production style and unwavering passion for the craft continue to inspire artists and fans alike.

Ren’s commitment to nurturing talent is evident in his mentorship of Fumez The Engineer, whose rise to prominence owes much to Ren’s guidance and expertise. As a global business man, he has owns and operates multiple Commercial Properties, a popular and established Alcohol business and a very successful Consultancy firm.
