The Amplify Stage gives emerging young artists a chance to perform that they might not get elsewhere and helps to build their experience and profile.
We have an exciting mix of talent coming to the Amplify Stage, including:
Open Mic Sessions
Bollo Studios / JE Delve – Blackstar and C2 bring undiscovered artists from their youth centres, activating young people’s drive to perform across Rap, Hip-Hop and more.
MIND on Music – Using music as a mental health outlet, with artists like Iris Craig, Albie Salters and Max Majers carrying the message that the sooner problems are understood, the sooner they can be resolved.
The Metaphorist – Showcasing the best of West London’s poetry scene with audience participation, spotlighting rising poets like Saeed and Aisha.

Alice Gross Songwriting Contest
Aicha, a poet and spoken word artist from West London. She turned to poetry as a form of therapy and since then has performed at many open mics and headlined at multiple events. She won the people’s champion award at sing in the ring 2026 a talent competition for rappers singers and spoken word artists.
Her style of poetry is mainly rhyming and word play but the main essence she portrays is deep feeling, awareness and love. She has gained the nickname as the ‘fire poet’ because of her powerful one liners and effortless flow. She will touch on themes such as unity, empowerment, community, love and resistance.
She believes that poetry is a gift that should be shared with others and has a deep understanding of the power of the word and how it can either be used to destroy and create discord or build and inspire. She chooses the latter every single time whilst staying true to her self and not shying away from speaking on taboo topics.
At just 17, Alba is a performer from West London, Ealing. She has a passion for dance and has experimented with all styles, contemporary, ballet, streetdance.
“I realised my deep love for dance was due to the music that surrounds it and I began my journey of singing at the age of 9. Being from a Scandinavian dad and a Hispanic mum, I grew up in the mixing pot of London where I was exposed to a range of cultures. Through these influences i realised music doesn’t care where you’re from, it just asks you to feel it, and that shared emotion can bring people together across any differences they might have. That’s what I hope my voice and the music I go on to create, can do too. I can’t wait to bring that to New Gen Fest.”
Amrita is a singer-songwriter born and bred in Ealing, West London. Currently gearing up to release her debut album, she’s on a mission to empower others and unite communities through her music.
A rising artist from West London, bringing a fresh blend of melodic rap, trap and alternative sounds. Known for his catchy flows, raw storytelling and unique aesthetic, he pulls inspiration from a diverse range of genres including R&B, dancehall, rock and heavy metal, blending these influences into his own style of sound. With music that combines, emotion and real experiences, he has released tunes including ‘Red light’, ‘Day’ and ‘Levitate’. Pretty Bandit continues to build his own lane as one of the exciting new names coming out of the UK scene.
Saeed is a spoken word poet based in our very own Ealing! An introspective storyteller weaving in experiences from a multitude of teachings of lived experiences and stories that leave the audience wondering. His poetry takes you on a journey of healing, intersectionality, identity, inclusion and community.
Saeed’s work has been published on The Never Press’s zine on their Write Speak Recover series which centralises his healing and understanding of what it’s like to navigate the world as a neurodivergent!
